Wuthering Shades – Delivery & Logistics**

Thank you for choosing Wuthering Shades. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your custom phone case order will be delivered.

1. Order Processing Time

Since every case is custom‑made, production begins only after:

  1. You accept the design review; and

  2. Your payment is confirmed.

Processing time:
4–8 business days
(Delays may occur during sales, holidays, or high‑volume periods.)

If we require clarification about your artwork or design, processing may be paused until we receive a response.

2. Shipping Time

Shipping time depends on your delivery location and the courier partner.
Typical delivery window:

5–14 business days after dispatch.

Remote or rural locations may take slightly longer.

We will notify you when your product has been shipped.

3. Delivery Charges

Shipping fees (if applicable) are displayed at checkout or communicated during the order review process.

Shipping charges are non‑refundable, except in cases of:

  • Wrong item shipped

  • Damaged product received

  • Manufacturing defect

(Proof is required within 48 hours of delivery.)

4. Order Tracking

Once your package is dispatched, you will receive:

  • A tracking link or tracking ID

  • Courier name

  • Estimated delivery window

You can track your shipment directly through the courier’s website.

If no tracking number is provided automatically, you may request it via our contact channels.

5. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Wuthering Shades is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by:

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery address

  • Recipient unavailable at the time of delivery

  • Courier issues beyond our control

If a package returns to us due to address issues, reshipping charges may apply.

6. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

While we do our best to ensure smooth delivery, we cannot guarantee courier performance.
If your order is:

  • Lost

  • Stolen

  • Delayed beyond a reasonable period

We will help you file a complaint with the courier partner, but compensation is subject to courier policies.

7. Damaged Products

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Take clear photos + video of the package and the product

  2. Report it to us within 48 hours

  3. We will evaluate the issue and provide a replacement if damage is confirmed

8. International Shipping 

International shipping is currently unavailable. We may introduce it in the future.
