Welcome to Wuthering Shades. By accessing our website, purchasing our products, or submitting a customization request, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. Overview

Wuthering Shades provides customized phone case design services based on user-submitted artwork and selections. All products are made to order.
By using our service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have parental permission.

2. Customization Requests

2.1. When submitting artwork or images, you acknowledge that the preview shown on the website is a visual approximation, not the final production output.
2.2. Final case artwork may differ slightly due to:

  • Material texture

  • Print limitations

  • Color variations

  • Image scaling or adjustments

​2.3. We reserve the right to reject artwork that is offensive, copyrighted (without permission), or unsuitable for printing.
2.4. You get to Customize your case only once throughout the whole process or ordering a case.
2.5. You can provide feedback on the review received while confirming the order in My Orders.

3. User-Provided Content

3.1. You are responsible for ensuring you own the rights to any image or artwork uploaded.
3.2. You grant Wuthering Shades permission to use your uploaded image solely for:

  • Preparing your customized order

  • Internal design and quality testing

3.3. We will ONLY share or publish your request ONLY IF we get your permission.

4. Pricing & Payment

4.1. Pricing is displayed or estimated on the website based on:

  • Case type

  • Finish

  • Artwork style

4.2. Prices may change without prior notice.
4.3. Payment must be completed through the method specified (only online for now).
4.4. Orders will not be processed until payment is confirmed (after you accept the review). 

5. Order Processing & Delivery

5.1. Production begins only after payment confirmation.
5.2. Typical production time ranges from 4–8 business days, depending on design complexity.
5.3. Delivery times vary based on location and courier service.
5.4. Wuthering Shades is not responsible for courier delays, lost packages, or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

5. Order Processing & Delivery

6.1. Since products are custom-made, cancellations are only allowed before production begins.
6.2. Returns or refunds are NOT accepted.​

7. Design Adjustments

7.1. Our team may adjust the positioning, scaling, or contrast of your artwork for optimal print quality.
7.2. Significant modifications will be communicated before production when necessary.

8. Limitation of Liability

Wuthering Shades is not liable for:

  • Loss of data from user-uploaded images

  • Device damage caused by improper usage of the phone case

  • Delays due to third‑party services

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the order.

9. Privacy & Data Use

9.1. Personal information (name, email, phone, address) is collected solely for order processing.
9.2. We do not sell or share customer data with third parties.
9.3. Payment information is handled securely by the payment provider; we do not store card or UPI details.

10. Intellectual Property

Most branding elements, designs created by Wuthering Shades, and website content remain our intellectual property and may not be copied or reproduced.

11. Changes to Terms

Wuthering Shades may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
